THE VERDICT IS OUT.
The trial has not taken place yet, however, the verdict is already  
out.  Santa Cruz County is putting major effort in to convict Clive,  
despite his blatant innocence.  The lynching began Friday and will  
continue again at 10:30am in department B of the Watsonviller  
Courthouse.  Come along to witness the insanity. You don't need to  
stay long, simply drop by. But don't wear a hat, otherwise they will  
threaten to arrest you like one of our spporters.

Special thanks to all the people who came to the Friday hearing to  
witness the Santa Cruz County Government's lynch mob.  Their witness  
is all that is needed to indict public officials who are nothing less  
than filthy criminals.  Thank you!

If you have not had a chance to observe the nature of these Courts  
come along, it's an experience you will not forget. You do not have to  
stay all day, just come for a couple of minuets and you will see  
enough to indict these criminals who claim they are the law in our  
County.  The lynching will continue on Monday 2nd at 10:15 in  
Department B Watsonville Court


THE UNHEARING
They came out in full force, at least seven sheriffs standing by in  
the court waiting for their chance to perjure the witness stand.   
Judges say the cops are allowed to lie, without consequence,  
especially judges like the Biased Barton.  TBarton, his secretary, a  
court reporter, Ass. DA Grechen Brock and Samuel S. Steven's lawyer  
were there to make up the County's investment in indicting innocent  
Clive.  Naturally, they don't have any Grand Jury Indictment, but hey,  
these guys are the law...

The County's entire case is based on the claim that because Clive  
drove at 27 mph down his private road, that therefore Clive is a felon  
? serious folks, this is what the County is counting on to lock Clive  
up for life.  They already sent Clive to jail for six months for the  
'felony' of driving at 27 mph down a private road and they have held  
Clive's children hostage for more than six years as a punishment!  You  
don't get much filthier criminals than these.  Come along for the  
show.  Movies are being made about this case.

With freshly cooked up false evidence that Barton testified appeared  
in the case file last night, Ass. DA Gretchen Brock pulled up her skit  
and dug in along with Anamaria the Adulteress who rushed in to testify  
against her ex-husband. Looking like Mary Poppins, Anamaria's smooth  
lying adulteress' tongue testified like the testicles of her lover,  
weakly, almost bringing on the tears, but at the last moment deciding  
for some reason that it may not be appropriate in this hearing, where  
they are lynching her ex-husband the man she was unfaithful to.

It was Anamara who made the false 911 call where the Sheriffs  
attempted to murder Clive in front of his Children.  The biased  
bastard Barton was the one who immediately ordered that Clive not  
communicate in any way with Clive's sons after the sheriffs place  
Clive under false arrest following their failed assassination attempt.

They handed Clive's children to the Adulteress' lover, Clive's former  
Personal Assistant Stefan Tichatschke whom the Court's own  
psychiatrist and judges had barred from contact with the boys.  That's  
right they handed Clive's children to an immoral man who admitted to  
problems with sex, drugs and pornography and ordered that Clive not in  
any way communicate with his own suns because the cops shot at Clive  
and his children!  Barton would not even let Clive's dad see his grand  
children. Clive's adulterous Personal Assistant has possession of  
Clive's children because of Barton and these criminals of the Santa  
Cruz County.

Clearly the Santa Cruz court, sheriffs and DA believe they have the  
ultimate authority as to which criminals can go free and which  
innocent people they will charge with crimes.

This is the nature and character of the officials that run the Santa  
Cruz Judiciary, District Attorney's office and Sheriffs department and  
Board of Supervisors, they fight for Adulterers and Motherfuckers.   
Yep, this is the Motherfucker Fighter A-Team (A stands for Adultery).

In Santa Cruz County, criminals (especially if the work for the  
government) may commit crimes in the open, however, the innocent with  
be convicted in the Santa Cruz Superior Court Chicken Court Trials.   
?We do things differently? was the response Judges Samuel S. Stevens  
gave when a lawyer challenged his ruling as not complying with the  
law.  Steven's lawyer at the hearing to defend Stevens from having to  
testify, argued that Stevens could not be called to testify because he  
was ?incompetent?, you don't say!

Judges don't have to give a dam about committing crimes in this  
County, the Appellate system available to victims of the Santa Cruz  
Court Criminals, is one of the worst in the Nation. You have about a  
two percent chance of overturning the criminal acts of the Court.  A

TV stations and one Hollywood Producer lined up for the trial which  
will probably be some time in December (Wat's the bet, will they  
schedule it for Christmas Week?).

You don't get much better performances of public officials clouding  
the courts with injustice than this.  Come and look at the  
professionalism of these criminals in action.  You may just learn  
something that could save you the same fate ? Criminalization by the  
corrupt Court, DA and Sheriffs.  This bunch most certainly would have  
crucified Christ.

So what's with straddling the hearings around Halloween. Does Barton,  
Lee and Brock worship Satan?  Are they Masons?  Is Lucifer their lord?
