On Monday 20th at 1:30 pm in Watsonville Court Santa
Cruz, Attorney David Beauvais will be bringing a Motion to set aside the
criminal act committed by Commissioner Irwin H. Joseph when the
Commissioner (a pretend judge) issued the order to evict Clive from Clive’s home on the very day Joseph filed to get himself and his co-criminals dismissed
from the lawsuit Clive was prosecuting against himself.
Setting aside Irwin Joseph’s criminal act and order
will also set aside the order that
Clive not communicate in any way with his little boys or submit any
evidence in court or record any documents in the recorders office (yes,
you read it correctly you can read these insane and criminal order
Joseph issued here Comm. Irwin Joseph's
Crimes).
Clive is suing Santa Cruz County for attempted murder, kidnap, false arrest, racketeering,
malicious prosecution, conspiracy and a host of other charges all of
which have piles of evidence proving the crimes. The primary defendants
are Commissioner Irwin H. Joseph, Judges Samuel S. Stevens, Robert B.
Atack, Michael E. Barton, many of the Santa Cruz Sheriffs and District
Attorney Bob Lee and his assistants.
Clive who was building what was the worlds
fastest Internet and next-generation banking
systems that would have eliminated the
depression,
also sued Wells Fargo and the Federal Reserve
Bank (the lawsuit has a highly educational preamble which is well worth reading).
At first the sheriffs agreed that Irwin Joseph’s
eviction order was clearly illegal and they ignored it. Irwin
Joseph’s first Motion to Dismiss Clive’s lawsuit the very day he ordered
Clive out of Clive’s house went nowhere, so Joseph issued a second order
to evict Clive.
The Sheriffs who were also defendants in the lawsuit
Clive was prosecuting against Joseph, sad they were not sure if the
second illegal eviction order issued by Joseph was legal or not. Joseph
naturally also filed a second time to get Clive’s federal lawsuit
against himself, the Sheriffs and the County dismissed (See all the
orders here Comm. Irwin Joseph's
Crimes)
Highly respected Attorney Kate Wells called up the
Sheriffs again to place them on notice that Irwin Joseph’s second order
was also clearly illegal. Ms. Wells is the Attorney who filed the case
against the last Santa Cruz Sheriff, Mark Tracey, that exposed the
Sheriff’s criminal acts in sending a deputy to threaten nationally
renowned Media Personality Quigley. When caught red-handed in the crime,
Tracy quickly resigned after appointing Anthony Robins to be Sheriff and
Tracy took off to Minnesota. Santa Cruz District Attorney, Bob Lee,
refused to prosecute Tracy. Apparently tax-payers are still paying Lee
who is collecting his lucrative County pension while the honerable
deputy that blew the whistle on Tracy's crime was fired. Mark Tracy was
the Sheriff in charge when the sheriffs tried to murder
Clive.
To bolster Attorney Kate Well’s notice to the
Sheriffs, Clive sent the Sheriffs a fifteen point legal
document proving that Joseph’s order was not
only illegal, but that it was a criminal act by Joseph. So the sheriffs
setup a meeting with Clive and Kate to discuss Joseph’s order.
Three days before Clive and Kate were to meet with
the Sheriffs, they setup an ambush for to falsely arrest Clive when
Clive went to pick up his little boys. Clearly the Santa Cruz
Sheriffs like to assault dads around their children and the Judges like
to kidnap children and hand them to scumbags.
Judge Samuel S. Stevens, one of the primary
defendants in the lawsuit Clive is prosecuting against Santa Cruz
County, was the one who issued the false warrant to arrest Clive. The
Sheriff’s claimed that Clive committed a misdemeanor by not obeying
Joseph’s illegal eviction order and the Sheriffs said that because Clive
proved that Joseph order was illegal and a criminal act, that some how
Clive had therefore committed a felony. The sheriffs used similar
logic after they shot at Clive and his children, they accused Clive of
"assault with a deadly weapon" and "child endangerment".
After placing Clive under false arresting, they
rushed up to Clive’s home and arrested Clive’s friend Peter who was at
Clive’s home. The Sheriffs held Peter in jail for half a day while
they broke into Clive’s home and vehicle to search for anything they
could use to file more false charges against Clive. At least Bob Lee
never charged Peter for any ‘crime’, they just released Peter and
threatened to investigate Peter for murder when Peter's best friend
unfortunately passed away. Bob Lee and his District Attorney's are
certainly a piece of work...
Holding Clive in jail with bail set at $200,000, the
Sheriffs waited four days before they brought Clive before S.S. Stevens
to be arraigned.
Judge S.S. Stevens, whose rulings are used in law
schools to illustrate the extremes of judicial corruption, simply
ignored Clive when he objected to Stevens hearing the case when Stevens
was a defendant in Clive’s lawsuit against the County. When Clive asked
to see the 5th Amendment
dictated Grand Jury
indictment or presentment under which he was being prosecuted, Stevens
ignored the law and entered a plea for Clive. Stevens also ignored
Clive’s question as why Stevens was also acting as Clive’s lawyer and
judge at the same time. To prevent Clive from putting any more evidence
of the Sheriffs and Stevens crimes on the record, Stevens had the
bailiff throw Clive out of court and sent him back to jail.
While the sheriffs held Clive in jail, Irwin Joseph
rushed down to the U.S. District Court in San Jose for his Motion to Dismiss Clive’s case against himself, Stevens, Atack, Barton, Lee,
the Sheriffs and other criminals at arms in the Santa Cruz County
government. Naturally Clive, being held hostage in Santa Cruz Jail, was
unable to attend the hearing and Clive’s case was dismissed.
Santa Cruz County's Pattern of Practice
Art Danner, the former Santa Cruz District Attorney
who was caught red-handed committing multiple crimes, like Sheriff Mark
Tracy, simply resigned his position and apparently paid the alleged
$850,000 bribe to Governor Wilson to be appointed a Judge. Of the 678 or
so judges Governor Wilson appointed, only two were rated as “not
qualified” by the California Judicial Nominations Committee. The
Committee, who it is joked would approve a dog to be a judge, twice
rated Danner as “not qualified”. The fact that Danner was a criminal and
not qualified made no difference to the Santa Cruz “Superior” Court, and
Danner was seated on the bench. Judge Barton, Stevens and Atack
along with Danner made sure Clive never received any fair hearings and
forced him into a sham trial.
In trial, the artful Danner claimed that because
Clive drove 27 mph down Clive’s private road before the Sheriffs tried
to blow Clive head off in front of Clive’s children, that Clive was
therefore a felon. Danner sentenced Clive to six months in jail for
driving 27 mph down a private road. If you don’t believe any of this

Extensive Study Finds U.S. Criminal Courts Found
Criminal
In what has been one of the most extensive and
thorough studies of the US legal system, the San Jose Mercury News
“Tainted Trial Stolen
Justice” series, where more than 700 appeals
cases were evaluated by respected law professors across the nation, it
was proven that the Courts and Appeals are nothing less than a sham
process.
The Tainted Trials Stolen Justice analysis studied
the very appeals courts Santa Cruz cases are subject to and exposed
extreme and outrageous criminal behavior carried out every day by
District Attorney’s, Judges and defendant’s lawyers in the courts.
Judges know they can give a defendant a completely
sham trial and that the person does not have a hope in hell of ever
challenging the Judges crime or receiving even elementary justice. Until
you personally experience the extreme criminal character and nature of
individuals in our Judiciary, District Attorneys office and legal
profession, it’s hard to comprehend how utterly corrupt the system is.
Perhaps the best illustration of how corrupt the
courts are in the US is portrayed in the official statistics. According
to the Department of Justice on their site at http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/correct.htm "In 2006, over 7.2 million people were on probation,
in jail or prison, or on parole at yearend 2006 -- 3.2% of all U.S.
adult residents or 1 in every 31 adults." Incarceration has accelerated
and the situation is far worse now in 2009:
Apathy Anger Action
At first, apathy makes a person not want to know
what is going on. Anger follows as the person’s day is ruined when they
realize their government and much of what they believed, in is a sham
and criminal enterprise. Action follows anger, as the person realizes
that they can make a difference. All that is required to eliminate
corruption is for “we the people” to stand up together and take
responsibility of kicking criminals out of government.
Ignorance Brings Disaster
Ignorance, they say is bliss. However, when the
train hits you it’s not so pleasant. If you brain has the time to
consider ignorance, you will have wished you knew about trains and train
tracks. Keeping your ears and eyes open, you can enjoy walking down a
train track. When you know about the problem, you can avoid or fix it.
Ignorance however sets you up for impending disaster.
Media In The New Renaissance
Concerted effort by the people who make money out of
nothing, the owners of the private Federal Reserve Bank, ensure that the truth is never told on television, radio or
in newspapers. With all the money in the world, the owners of the bank
have been able to purchase all the mainstream media companies which they
have consolidated in six corporations. Internet however, has blown the
lid off the corruption just like the printing press did in the
Renaissance.
They Just Shot At YOU And Missed
Sometimes being shot at is what it takes to wake
up. That's what it took for Clive. When someone tries to blow your
head off, you tend to pay attention and find out what the hell is going
on. While at the range the cops shot at Clive, the bullet would have
blown Clive’s head to pieces in an instant and sprayed his little boys
with his skull, blood and brains, the bullet they shot at all of us last
month, would have killed us in a vastly more vicious way.
The H1N1 virus that Baxter International purposefully
embedded in the vaccination and distributed
to 18 Nations and throughout the US would have killed you in a horrible
way. Your lungs would literally fill up with snot and you will
drown in an agonizing slow heart palpitating death.
The World Health Organization has announced that
they have the right to force you to be injected with Baxter's vaccine,
and Barry Soetoro, your President, supports them.
Closing your eyes and ears when the train is
hurtling down the track you are on, is something your mum and dad
hopefully taught you not to do. Ignoring the irrefutable genocide
attempt by the New World Order, who have openly admitted to wanting to
kill YOU because they want to take the world’s population from around seven billion to under half a billion, is
something your mummy and daddy would also hopefully suggest is
silly.
We know the NWO has been spraying us like bugs with a concoction of barium and other ingredients that
attack our immune systems. The evidence has been in front of all of our
faces in the thick white chemtrails
that followed jets flying over populated areas. Scientists confirmed the
ingredients while photographers recorded the evidence.
Scientists analyzing the vaccines given to our men
in the military have indicated that they are laced with L-Form Bacteria.
We believe the vaccines are laced with Bio-Bombs, ingredients that will
kill their carrier instantly when sprayed with an activating agent. WHO
has announced the Swine-Flu vaccines will be delivered in three doses,
just like the lethal injections given on death row. At least in
Austria Baster is being sued for their worldwide genocide attempt.
Irony
Perhaps the irony of irony’s is that the very
judges, sheriffs, DA’s and commissioner who have been maliciously going
after Clive, may one day thank Clive for saving their lives. Many of the
people who think they are on the inside of the New World Order have been given pills to ‘save’ them from the genocide.
However, a person who is prepared to commit mass murder knows know
boundary. It is guaranteed that anyone ‘in the know’ about the NWO
genocide plans will be exterminated. One day the pills won’t work.
The Good News Is We Know The Threat
Knowing the threat is the first step to eliminating
it. The threat is real and imminent. If someone ran into your home and
shot at you, you would do something about it. The NWO just shot at us. We never saw the bullet because it was delivered in a
Biological Weapon of Mass Destruction. However, the facts are
irrefutable, the NWO just tried to kill all of us, and they will try
again, especially now that the cat is out of the bag.
On the 22nd of this month the Federal Emergency
Management Administration is publically bringing foreign troops on US soil soil to carry out Martial Law exercises.
Only a complete moron would attempt today to deny
that it was not members of the US government that blew up the THREE World
Trade Center Towers and Pentagon on 9/11. After
accusing Saudi Arabian terrorists, the US government invaded Iraq and
Afghanistan and now they want to invade Iran. That's like accusing
Germany and invading England.
If you are still ignorant regarding these facts,
we suggest you make the effort to educate yourself, your life depends on

Question Everything Hunt For The Truth

Everywhere, citizens are obliged to defend
themselves against this New World Order minority of revolutionaries who
control our banks and government. Together, citizens can easily rise up

of governing ourselves we will prevail and nothing can stop us. This is
the meaning and essence of Novus Ordo Seclorum, the New Order of the Ages that represents everything the United States of America was
founded on. A Nation where “we the people” are the government and there
is no sovereign king, queen or Pope to lord it over us. Novus Ordo
Seclorum is the exact opposite of the New World Order.
Blinded By The Light
It took the cops shooting at Clive for him to wake
up and see what was going on. In a world where the truth has been
purposefully censored, learning about the truth can be a blinding
overload. However, closing your eyes and ears in the light of an
oncoming train is the last thing to do.

problems, is the key to get people through the stages of apathy and
anger and to move them to action.

When they shot at Clive, probably because of the

solutions to save the USA. What
Clive found, was that the Founders of the USA had already given us the
solution.
The Constitution provides the foundation to
constitute a Nation of self governance and accountable government.
However, it depends on “we the people” taking up our responsibility to
be the government and never handing over the keys to government and
money to a band of foreign criminals.
The seat of governance lies in the County. Forget
Washington DC, forget your State Capital. The Constitution frames the
relevance of Federal government when in Article I, Section 4 it dictates
“The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such
Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December”. There never was meant
to be any full time Federal employees, the framers of the Constitution
were concerned that the Federal government would not even form one day
in the year!
The Founders handed NOA to us on
a silver and gold platter. “We the People” however, have to stand up and
be the government. Any person who is prepared to take the responsibility
of serving “We the People” in an official capacity, takes on a
responsibility of servitude that is governed by their oath of office to
uphold the Constitution. If they should ever fail to respect the
Constitution, their treason must not go uncorrected or unpunished.
Astonishingly the Judiciary has attempted to grant themselves sovereign immunity! Such an outrageous and audacious claim screams out so
violently against the construct of the USA that the Founders must be
turning in their graves.
Cleaning Out Corrupt Government - The Grand
Jury
The 5th Amendment defines the method for all
criminal prosecutions, founded on an indictment or presentment by a
Grand Jury
made up of citizens and over which no Judge or government official
presides.
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital,
or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of
a Grand Jury” – 5th Amendment
Grand Juries are NOT managed by the Courts,
Judiciary, DA’s office or any government body. Grand Juries are formed
dynamically by “We the People”. Simply randomly gather 23 people from
the neighborhood and you have your Grand Jury. Do not confuse the
Grand Jury with the 'civil' grand Juries County's form to detract from
the real Grand Juries. Grand Juries are formed by we the people
not they the government.
Grand Juries do not find people guilty; they simply
provide the one and only way to establish whether there is probable
cause to prosecute a person. Just like our judges and government
servants, people sitting on Grand Juries are liable for making
responsible decisions. The Grand Jury is the gateway that prevents
the government from randomly and maliciously filing cases against anyone
they oppose.
In a 1906 Supreme Court Case, [Hale v. Henkel, 201
U.S. 43 (1906)], the Supreme Court recognized that the Grand Jury
function is to “stand between the prosecutor and the accused,”
and to determine whether a charge is legitimate, or is “dictated by
malice or personal ill will”. In another Supreme Court Case, [United
States v. Calandra, 414 U.S. 338 (1974)], the Supreme Court stated that
the independent grand jury’s purpose is not only to investigate possible
criminal conduct, but to act as a “protector of citizens against
arbitrary and oppressive governmental action”.
Any official who attempts to prosecute a person
without first obtaining a Grand Jury indictment or presentiment, commits
high treason and must be immediately removed from office and prosecuted
to the full extent of the law (Unless the person is part of the Military
in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, during a period when
Congress has officially declared war. And note that Congress may not
fund the military for more than two years: Article I Section 8: “To
raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use
shall be for a longer Term than two Years”).
Militia Constitutionally Responsible For Enforcing
The Laws Of The Union
The Militia, pursuant to the Constitution is
responsible for executing the Laws of the Union: “To provide for calling
forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress
Insurrections and repel Invasions” – Article I Section 8. “We the
People” make up the Militia represented by every able bodied
citizen. As a citizen YOU are the Militia, just as “We the People”
are the government. The Military is not the Militia. The FBI and
CIA are Executive Office agencies that have no jurisdiction outside of
Washington DC, they have simply like many other government branches,
assumed authority that is not theirs.
Saving Our Lives
Through the Grand Jury and Militia we can enforce
the laws of the Union and suppress this insane New World Order assault
on our Nation and very lives. Taking back your County government is well
within our grasp. The Judges, DA’s and Sheriffs who practice in your
County have to live in your County and they have to obey the law just as
you do. However, unless we hold them accountable, unless we know how to
form Grand Juries and the Militia, we certainly won’t have any law and
order. Unless we take on the responsibility of governance which is ours
in this great Nation, we will not establish Justice, insure domestic
Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general
Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our
Posterity.
Our Founders gave us all we need in our great
Constitution for the United States of America! What a Nation, what
a concept! But where are "we the people"?
Rise up America be what you are called to be,
sovereign to yourselves with no one sovereign over you, with a
government of public servants who work for you and don't steal
everything you have.

If you can’t make it, call the DA, Sheriff and
Judges in Santa Cruz, the Attorney General, and your Congress person and
demand the government stop maliciously prosecuting Clive. Demand the

prosecutes charges against a person without first obtaining a Grand Jury
indictment.
If you can, give Clive’s beloved sons Richard and
William a hug and let them know their dad loves them more than anything.
Let them know that Joseph, Stevens, Atack, Barton, Lee, Robbins and the
sheriffs have threatened to throw their dad in jail if he communicates
in any way with them. Hopefully their mother Anamaria Tichatschke will
comprehend how astonishingly evil her acts are.
