Foreign Troops To Patrol Your Neighborhood - Thanks to FEMA

July 31, 2009. NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the
United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism

that the bankster government has imported a million or possibly more
Chinese and Russian troops into the United States. What is particularly
chilling about this FEMA exercise is that the Feds are coming right out
and not only publically admitting to bringing foreign troops onto
American soil they are planning to deploy these foreign troops in your
neighborhood! As citizens of the US do we have any legroom to complain
about armed foreign soldiers marching up and down the streets in our
neighborhood? After all, we have been sending US troops all over
the world to slaughter men, women and children in cold blood.
Speak to any of our boys back from Afghanistan or Iraq and ask the
honest ones what it's like to invade another nation.
Considering that mountains of
irrefutable evidence prove that the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the US
were perpetrated by Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and their bankster buddies, what
exactly does 'terrorism prevention and protection' as
opposed to 'incident response and recovery' imply? FEMA has
been the overarching agency coordinating and planning terrorist acts on
US soil. FEMA was there ready and waiting at the base of the World
Trade Center before the remotely controlled planes hit the building. FEMA rushed in to
the Oklahoma to remove the unexploded bombs in the Federal building and
cordon off the area so that evidence could not be collected proving that
it was government bombs that blew up the buildings both at WTC &
Oklahoma. FEMA invaded New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina
hit, confiscating guns from honorable citizens so that they could not
defend themselves. It is FEMA that runs and has built all the
concentration camps in America for US citizens. So what
exactly does it mean when FEMA runs "terrorism" exercises opposed to
"incident response and recovery"? The fact that the US
government is the terrorist, is undeniable.

National Exercise Program (NEP), which serves as the nation's
overarching exercise program for planning, organizing,

states. The FEMA site lists the EXERCISE FOCUS as "NLE 09 will
focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence
and law enforcement communities, and between international,
federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector
participants." - the exercise is being conducted in Arkansas,
Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas." |

After eliminating the Posse
Comitatus Act that prohibited the government from deploying the
military against civilians in the US since 1878, it is now confirmed
that this administration will be actively deploying foreign troops
against civilians on American soil where the government has also
amassed
concentration camps which could be for non other than US
citizens, citizens who already are subject to the
World's Worst Prison
State by any measure.

US Troops invading foreign neighborhoods. When asked if they
would be prepared to do the same job back home in the USA,
overwhelmingly, US soldiers answered with a resounding NO! So
the US/NWO/UN government is importing foreign troops into the USA to
do what US soldiers did to Iraq.
 
As more and more of our soldiers successfully challenge the legality
of their orders, the US military relies more and more on hired
killers. Ten thousand mercenaries from Uganda were for
exampled hired to do the dirty work for the US in Iraq. These
hired killers have all been granted honoree US citizenship, perhaps
they will move into your neighborhood and be your next door
neighbor. Blackwater, paid by your tax dollars, is setting up
private armies that will obey any order, including illegal orders to
