 Repeatedly governments are being caught red handed secretly spraying
the public. After being challenged with irrefutable evidence
the German government now openly admits to secretly spraying the
public. Their military however told the public to not worry
because the chemicals and metals they were secretly spraying the
public with "would not harm them"... ok...
However, in some of the most politically active areas in the U.S.
and the seat of Liberty For Life, the government has resorted to low
level direct intensive spraying of the public. Refusing to
disclose 57% of the ingredients they were spraying the public with,
the authorities claimed that the spraying was necessary to combat
'apple moth' infestations. The company carrying out the
spraying also specializes in areal dispersing of insects such as the
apple moth.
Ignoring court cases filed against them, the government simply went
ahead and sprayed the public in communities such as Santa Cruz and
Monterey.
Strangely, on the night of the spraying, Santa Cruz, a typical
example of our police state, in which you will come across ten or so
cops every two miles you drive across town, emptied out of cops the night they sprayed the public. If what the
government told the public that they were merely spraying 'moth sex
scents' on the public was not dangerous, what were the cops scared
of? In Monterey county doctors monitoring the situation
indicated as much as 75 percent of the public were sick after the
low level areal spraying. Most people living in the area also
reported that they found their memory was being directly affected
that they had become unusually forgetful (Probably caused by a heavy
metal such as Beryllium in the 'apple moth' spray). See

The
only question now is whether one flees from these areas or one
shoots down the projects poisoning the public. In all
sanity, where on the earth does the government have any right to
spray the public with undisclosed chemicals, secretly or out in the
open? Surely this is war.

"Suddenly a metrological radar registers the presence of a
cloud, but it's not clear how did this happen? The
answer seems to be that this was the result of a military
experiment. What are these mysterious trails and what
is their purpose?

While the German military has been forced to admit to
chemtrails, the U.S. continues to belligerently to refuse to
answer or respond to these allegations. Similar to
Federal politicians refusal to acknowledge that the Federal
Reserve Bank is a private bank that creates money out of
nothing and then lends the money back to our government and
us for a real value, plus interest.
In essence one needs to understand that the German
Government / military is as much controlled by these owners
of the banks as our own government. To understand
motive, one needs to understand the motives of these owners
of the banks, or members of the "Novus Ordo Seclorum" / "New
World Order".
German radar clearly indicates the presence of metals in
the chemtrails. Atomized metals are used to control
mental characteristics of the people they are sprayed on.
In medieval England, the Court Jesters, also known as "Mad
Hatters" were people taken from the hating industry who had
gone mad from molding hats over boiling lead. When the

Over 200,000 fellow residents of California, USA, are being
exposed, needlessly, to biologically active time-release
chemicals. Pregnant women, infants, and the sick will be the
most effected, because we know that even the most minute
dose of the chemical can find its way into fetuses and
affect them, and can find its way into human breast milk.
These residents are being exposed to chemicals against their
will. Some of them have had to rush to the emergency room
for treatment. Others, like myself, have literally fled to
protect their lives. Many businesses are and will be
devastated as owners decide to move out if their business is
affected. Many children's hopes will be dashed when their
parents decide to leave the area and the only homes they've
ever known, and many sick and elderly people will be torn
from their own homes to avoid becoming gravely ill.
Project 112 (Including Project SHAD)
Project SHAD Overview. Project SHAD, an acronym for
Shipboard Hazard and Defense, was part of a larger
effort called Project 112 which was a comprehensive
program initiated in 1962, by the Department of Defense
(DoD) to protect and defend against potential chemical
and biological warfare threats. Project SHAD encompassed
a series of tests by DoD to determine the vulnerability
of U.S. warships to attacks with chemical and biological
warfare agents, and the potential risk to American
forces posed by these agents. Project 112 tests
involved similar tests conducted on land rather than
aboard ships. Project SHAD involved service
members from the Navy and Army and may have involved a
small number of personnel from the Marine Corps and Air
Force. Service members were not test subjects, but
rather were involved in conducting the tests.
Animals were used in some, but not most, tests.
DoD continues to release declassified reports about
sea- and land- based tests of chemical and biological
materials known collectively as "Project 112." The
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is working with DoD
to obtain information as to the nature and availability
of the tests, who participated, duration and agents
used.

Project Tall Timber Bio Bombs
The purpose of Tall Timber was to test the
effectiveness of the M138 bomblet filled with agent BZ
in a tropical forested environment. BZ is a code name
for an ester of benzilic acid. The chemical affects the
human mind causing those contaminated to be unable to
perform an assignment or have a reduced will to resist
for a short period of time. M138 bomblets filled with
agent BZ were statically-ignited in a test area in the
upper Waiakea Forest Reserve,�southwest of Hilo, on the
island of Hawaii during the period April through June

Project Green Mist Bio Weapons
The primary purpose of Green Mist was to estimate the
effective dosage area coverage that could be expected if
sarin nerve agent-filled M139 bomblets were disseminated
from four different weapons systems over a rain forest
canopy. Trials were conducted using sarin nerve agent
and the simulant methylacetoacetate. Green Mist was
conducted on the island of Hawaii during the period of

Project Folded Arrow Bio Weapons
The purpose of Folded Arrow was to study over-ocean
downwind travel of a biological aerosol material when
disseminated from a submarine-biological system; to
demonstrate the submarine weapon system capability to
carry out an effective biological attack against an
island complex; and to study the effects of a biological
attack against a naval port facility. The data obtained
from the test were related to mathematically generated
estimates of casualties expected from exposure to
Venezuelan equine encephalitis. Six trials (Group A
trials) were designed to ascertain the downwind travel
of a biological aerosol produced by the
submarine-biological-disseminator system. The submarine
released the biological simulant Bacillus globigii. The
Group A trials were conducted at sea approximately 80
nautical miles south-southwest of Oahu, Hawaii. Five
light tugs stationed at pre-determined locations along
the downwind path of the aerosol conducted over-ocean
sampling.

Two trials (Group B) demonstrated the system's
capability to attack an island complex. Sampling
stations were established at 15 locations on the
northern half of Oahu (that portion of the island north
of Pearl City) to best depict movement of the aerosol
cloud across the island. Bacillus globigii simulant was
used in both trials. The port facility attack consisted
of two trials (Group C) during which the submarine
disseminated Bacillus globigii simulant along a line
offshore from Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station.
