The United States of America is not a Democracy, it is a Republic.
In a Democracy the people make decisions on issues. In the U.S. we
elect official representatives to make those decisions for us.

The principle of a Republic is to avoid mediocrity by electing the best
leaders to make decisions. Underlying the Republican from of
government in the U.S. are three separate government bodies with
separate and distinct functions:
The Executive Office,
who oversees government.
The Legislature (Congress),
who enacts legislation and declares war.
The Judiciary, who
administers the courts.
While the U.S.A. has a central government who's responsibility is to
govern the Constitution, the real seat of government is by "We the
People" enforced at the County level by popularly elected officials.
What is particularly interesting in regard to the situation we now face
in the U.S. is that the key construct and limitations placed on the
different branches in government have been ignored and abandoned.
Neither the Executive Office nor the
Judiciary has any authority to
enact new laws, however, both these branches are making new law.
The Executive office has no authority to declare war or to build new
government, since FDR the Executive Office has been completely out of
control. Abraham Lincoln is also largely to blame. The question we now face is what to do about the serious problem?
Under the government are four key local County government bodies who's
responsibility is to enact the law:
The Grand Jury, who judges indictments.
The District Attorney, who represents the people in prosecuting
breeches of law.
The local Judiciary, who's responsibility is to administer the
court.
The Sheriff, who punishes in accordance with the final judgments.
Our government is meant to be by "we the people" and not a
professional 'sovereign'. The Sheriff, for example, is meant to be
one of us. To address problems, the Sheriff is meant to deputize
us. This construct avoids career government. No
professional police force, no professional military (other than when at
war). Perhaps
the reason for things getting so out of control is that we never put any
construct in place to "split the County cell". Counties
grew too large for sheriffs, judges, and DA's to take on their posts on
a part-time basis. Career politicians, police and judiciary
ensued. These individuals naturally sought to grow their careers -
and the root of unconstrained governmental growth was planted resulting
in the Over Government, or evil OG we have today.
Growth in nature, and particularly in
massively scalar systems, can
only effectively accomplished by establishing autonomous cells that can
survive on their own. Internet's success is a classic example of
an autonomous distributed architecture that is not 'host centric'.
In other word's Internet has no "Federal Government" controlling things,
decisions and control are carried out at the router or "County" level
(Even the deployment and management of DNS is distributed). The more levels in managerial hierarchies, the higher the likelihood of
loosing control and missing objectives. Large Federal Government
is guaranteed to fail, as it has. Small autonomous and independent
County government where the people actively take part in governing
themselves is how this nation was initially architected and a construct
to which our nation must rapidly return to.
Federal Government must be stripped of their power. The fastest
way to do this is to enforce the highest law of the land, the U.S.
Constitution, including the elimination of the
IRS and 16th
non-amendment taxation.
Identity is a key to civilized society. With identity comes
accountability, with accountability, responsibility. However,
there is a limit on how many people you can know. Counties, which
form the construct of our direct government by "we the people" have grown
too large and out of control. Worse, the central Federal
government, which has so many levels of hierarchical management that it
becomes impossible to manage accountability of those in government, now
seeks to manage our every move.
We need to move back to the constructs
of the U.S., small distributed government by we the people.
Counties need to be split into probably no more than 400 people who form
non career government according to the Constitutional construct.
Consider this, most citizens would immediately double their income by
the elimination of the
unlawful County and IRS
taxation. In
other words, instead of working six months of the year to pay taxes,
those six months could be applied to local and national governance.
Imagine everyone spending six months of their year helping out in
education and government. Our nation would not only be free, it
could be eons ahead, while it would be extremely difficult for an
international oligarchy to take control. When one learns that WWI,
II, the Great Depression, Vietnam, 9/11, the invasion of Iraq and
Afghanistan were all orchestrated for the personal profit of an elite
few, the attractiveness of small distributed independent governance
grows exponentially.
